Once upon a time there was Le Lustou

Camping Le Lustou is a committed family establishment. Founded in December 1980 by Francis André and his father, a mountain guide and a native of the valley, Le Lustou has become an essential meeting point for all mountain enthusiasts. For 42 years, Francis and Myriam have supported you in organizing your stays in the heart of the Aure Valley. Today, it is Stéphanie and François-Xavier who are joining this fabulous adventure, to initially support Francis and Myriam, then take up the torch.

A few events have marked the history of the campsite:

In 1986: the organization of the flight over the Pyrenees in a Boeing with campers
In 1987: the reception of an Indian tribe from Mingan who came to seek advice on the conservation of their reserve

Always the same values

With the arrival of the new team and the next generation, the values of Camping Le Lustou remain the same: to offer you an unforgettable experience where conviviality is king .

We are particularly attached to being a campsite on a human scale. We know our campers and we love welcoming them for all their crazy adventures in the Pyrenees.

We also want to preserve our environment, which is why, on a daily basis, we implement different actions to preserve its beauty and authenticity.

We are attached to our beautiful region and its conservation.

To this end, we practice and encourage our campers to practice selective sorting.

A composter is also available on site.

We try to work as much as possible with “Ecocert” maintenance products, but also with local producers, while favoring short circuits.
